What should be consider when select a slurry pump?
1, determine the required flow, pump head (or according to pipe distance, pipe diameter, elbow numbers, vertical height of the actual pump to calculate the required pump head pressure), specific gravity of slurries, then select pump model.
2, select the suitable wet part material and pump seal type according to the concentration, PH value of the slurry medium
3, choose the suitable pump & motor drive type according to the slurry pump working conditions, there are four types of drive most commonly used, DC, ZV, CV, CR.
Slurry pump selection should be consider the actual working conditions, and select a slurry pump that can be used with low power and high efficiency, so as to achieve the most ideal use effect.
